Claudia Cardona

Claudia believes an integral part of therapy and transformative change lies in creating a space where all individuals, regardless of their challenges feel welcomed and supported. Claudia is an LMHC and believes in utilizing client’s strengths to help them overcome challenges and create an environment where hope and growth can prevail.

Claudia’s primary focus and interest has been working with couples, individuals and families throughout the last twenty years.  Claudia has been trained in evidenced-based practices; such as, CBT, EMDR and Solution Focused therapy.

Claudia is passionate about making a difference and works to cultivate authentic, transparent and trustworthy relationships with her clients. Claudia has the professional experience and is committed to providing treatment that aligns the individual’s values, needs and pace.  

Claudia has experience working with adoptive parents and adoptees as a trained adoption competency therapist and by being an adoptive mother herself.
